Toby’s Dinner Theater is seeking submissions for

MARIAN PAROO

for the 2025 production of THE MUSIC MAN.

SEEKING:

MARIAN PAROO: (Soprano) River City Iowa’s librarian and piano teacher. She has a no nonsense reputation and is hard to approach, a façade to protect her as she is the subject of rumors and gossip in the town. Eventually lets her guard down and falls for Harold Hill’s charm. Still lives with her Mother. Strong soprano vocalist with good dance/movement ability.

AUDITION INFORMATION:

REHEARSAL/PERFORMANCE INFORMATION:
Run dates: MARCH 21 – MAY 18, 2025

Rehearsals: will begin MID-JANUARY, 2025 on Mondays from 5/6pm – 10:30pm, occasional Tuesdays from 5/6pm – 10:30pm and Saturdays from 10am – 3pm.

Some daytime/weekday rehearsals WILL occur. Daytime rehearsal availability is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFO: Toby’s is looking for talent that can commit to the entire run and rehearsal process with minimal to no conflicts.
