COME FROM AWAY
August 28 – October 31, 2027
The incredible true story of 7,000 stranded travelers and the small town that welcomed the world! What started as an average day in a tight-knit community quickly changed on September 11, 2001, when 38 commercial planes were abruptly diverted to a remote airstrip in Gander, Newfoundland. Instead of letting fear divide them, the locals opened their hearts and homes to these “come from aways” with overwhelming generosity. COME FROM AWAY is a joyous celebration of kindness, resilience, and compassion. Swept up in an infectious, foot-stomping score, this uplifting musical is a heartwarming reminder that even in the toughest times, compassion wins—turning a global crisis into an unforgettable triumph of humanity.
