DUDLEY FOLEY (Chow Mein) Dudley is excited to be in his 3rd production at Toby’s! He made his acting debut as Toto in The Wizard of Oz when he was a puppy. His favorite things to do include playing with his cast-mates, taking naps, and finding butter packets under Toby’s tables. Dudley lives in Annapolis with his best friend Zig. As a rescue dog, Dudley hopes you Adopt, Don’t Shop!
